As a classic surveyor's office we started in 1920 - with now almost 40 colleagues, we have evolved to one of the leading survey companies in Northern Germany. Who are our customers? We survey for construction and architecture companies, in plant construction, the aviation industry, aerospace engineering and for ship building projects.

Like to face challenges?

To get a apprentice position as surveyor, you need at least the secondary school certificate. It is advantageous to have a good mathematical understanding and spatial imagination.

You have to know, that

• we are working indoors and outdoors, however the weather is like
• it is helpful to be fit
• you should have drawing skills, even if we construct digitally
• we care about colleagues who like to work independently and team-oriented
• interest in modern technology is important. We are using GPS satellites, recent 3D Scanner and Laser Tracker.

Like to meet a variety of tasks?

A result of the interesting combination of indoor and field services is the lack of boredom.

For building projects, tunnel surveys or producing maps, spatial data has to be acquired, obtained, processed and visualised. This is done by technical surveys and with the help of advanced technologies like 3D laser scanning and applications of information and communication systems.

Also theory is required, eg. the knowledge of real estate cadastre, building and land policies, land valuation - all of this with due regard to professional rules.

Good to know:

• The professional education is taking place in Stade / Lower Saxony once a week
• There is also a block instruction workshop in Bergedorf, Hamburg.

Monthly apprenticeship compensation (gross):

In addition, we pay a grant of 20,- € to the HVV BonusTicket, so that the ticket for trainees only costs 30,- € per month.
